How To Register

1. Contact our office and tell us you are interested in partnering with us in ministry: (626) 296-8800

2.Click the link on the right to download the correct registration form; make sure it is the right city and for the correct size team (individual or group). 

3. Fill out the registration form and send it to our office at 2060 Lincoln Avenue, Pasadena, CA 91103 with the deposit requested on the form.  (Group leaders please note: when filling out the group registration form, each member of your team will need to complete the page titled "Individual of Group Attending" - please copy enough for everyone to complete and send them to us with the rest of the registration form).

4. Begin preparing for your trip by reading and following the Mission Week Leadership Manual.
